1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our shipping, courier, purchasing, warehousing, and logistics services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms & Use of U.S. Warehouse Address
By registering with S&J On-Link Shipping and Courier, using our U.S. warehouse address, or shipping packages to that address, you confirm that you have read, understood, and consciously agreed to these Terms in full.
Use of our U.S. warehouse address constitutes automatic acceptance of all policies, rules, fees, customs requirements, inspection rights, payment obligations, limitations of liability, and disclaimers outlined in this document, whether or not the customer claims to have reviewed them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
• Provide accurate sender, recipient, and contact information
• Use only the exact U.S. warehouse address provided by the Company
• Properly package and label all items
• Accurately declare package contents and value
• Provide/upload invoices and proof of purchase for customs purposes
• Comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations
Incorrect U.S. Address Disclaimer
S&J On-Link Shipping and Courier is not liable for any loss, delay, mis delivery, or non-receipt of packages shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unauthorized U.S. address. Packages sent to the wrong address—including incorrect suite numbers, names, or formats are shipped entirely at the customer’s risk, and recovery is not guaranteed. Any fees, losses, or consequences arising from incorrect addressing are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Prohibited, Inspectable & Fraudulent Activity
Prohibited Items:
We do not ship illegal or restricted items, hazardous materials, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or perishable goods without prior written approval from Government Institutions.
Package Inspection:
S&J On-Link Shipping and Courier reserves the right to open and inspect packages when required for:
• Customs clearance
• Valuation
• Verification of contents
• Regulatory compliance
By using our services, you authorize such inspections.
Fraud & Misrepresentation:
Any attempt to defraud, misrepresent, deceive, or scam the Company—including false declarations, fraudulent invoices, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or impersonation—will result in:
Immediate suspension of services
Possible seizure of packages
Reporting to necessary authorities, including customs, law enforcement, and financial institutions
6. Delivery Timeframes
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
• Weather conditions
• Customs inspections
• Traffic or mechanical issues
• Third-party carriers
• Other factors beyond our control

7. Payment
IMPORTANT: Payment Must Be Made Before Package Release
• Payment terms are governed by our Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
• All payments must be made in full before packages are released.
• No credit is offered under any circumstances.
• Payment must be received before the Company uses a business card to place online orders on your behalf.
• A service charge applies to online purchases made on behalf of customers.
• Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, valuation charges, and government fees, which must be paid before delivery or release of package to customers.
• We reserve the right to withhold or liquidate packages for non-payment.
• Prices may be increased at any time without prior notice.
8. Customs Duties, Taxes & Valuation
•All packages are subject to customs review.
• Packages valued at USD $100 and over may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or valuation fees.
• Customs authorities may reassess declared values at their discretion.
Any additional charges due to reassessment, missing invoices, or incorrect declarations are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The Company is not responsible for customs decisions, delays, or charges imposed by customs authorities.
9. Liability & Loss
Our liability, if any, is limited to the declared value of the package or the shipping fee paid, whichever is lower. We are not responsible for:
• Improper packaging
• Fragile or prohibited items
• Customs seizures, penalties, or delays
• Packages sent to incorrect addresses
• Losses resulting from fraud, misrepresentation, or customer negligence
10. Cancellation, Refunds & Returns
S&J On-Link Shipping and Courier does NOT offer returns under any circumstances. If the customer is dissatisfied with their order they are responsible paying for our service and for the return of the item to the seller.
Administrative, processing, service, and handling fees are non-refundable.
11. Privacy Policy
Customer information is used solely for:
• Service fulfillment
• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
Information will only be shared when required by law or regulatory authorities.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, S&J On-Link Shipping and Courier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
